Our Team

SAJTS staffs are fully experienced with all local and international standards, rules and regulations having vast knowledge about requirements in various fields of services provided.

Our Managing Director Mr. Sambandh Moorthy started this company in the name of Sultan Joakar Building Maintenance in 1984, later he expanded the same as SAJTS in order to widen the coverage of our works as per requirements. He is basically a Mechanical Engineer, with proven records in Oil and Gas sector. He has also excellent experience in various fields such as Hydraulics, Air conditioning, filtering and extracting system works.

Our MEP Division is managed by Mr Raveendran, who has more than 20 years of experience in the Construction industry. He started his career as a Design engineer in a leading Construction company in UAE and was the head of the electrical division in a well known Electromechanical co in Dubai before joining us as a MEP division Manager, which is handling all type of MEP installation works in various projects across UAE.

Our Operations are managed by Mr. Ramesh, who has more than 12 years of experience in the Construction industry of UAE; he started his career as an Electrical Engineer in an Electromechanical company and was the head of MEP division of a leading Construction company in UAE before joining us.

Our Plumbing / Mechanical division is managed by Mr Baburaj who has more than 20 years of in hand experience in the same field and has more than 14 years service experience in SAJTS. He has started his Career with well experienced electrical and plumbing engineers in a General Maintenance Company. On his services in SAJTS he has been the plumbing division in charge and executed 100s of works for M/s EPPCO & M/s. EMARAT.
